Upwork’s mission is to reinvent the way companies connect with talent. To get the word out, Pure partnered with its marketing team to reinvent its promotional game. Every piece we created for Upwork’s prospective clients was designed to showcase talent available for hire. Just as importantly, each piece had to be something they’d keep to offer frequent reminders of featured candidates. That included custom coffee bags, brand books, retro viewfinders, notebooks and journals, and more. Pure handled it all, from conception to prototypes to fulfillment and mailing.

Pure’s full-service production went to another level with Upwork’s promotional items. We created everything from playful stickers and colorful books to novelty watches and viewfinders—including the images seen through the lenses.

Our custom coffee packaging featured the work of twelve gifted artists being promoted by Upwork. Pure even developed foldable corrugated furniture for clients to kick their feet up on while Upwork finds them talent.
